These terms describe the intended use of the 2026 CRS Score Calculator App and its information website. They should be read with the Privacy Policy.
Information, not a government decision
CRS estimates and immigration summaries are educational tools. They are not an eligibility determination, an invitation, a nomination, approval, or legal advice. We are independent of IRCC and the governments of Canada, British Columbia, and Ontario.
CRS Score Calculator does not replace official government websites, immigration program rules, application instructions, or advice from a licensed immigration professional. Always verify scores, draw results, deadlines, and eligibility directly with the responsible government authority before taking action. Information may change, and app summaries or estimates may not reflect the latest update. Past draw results do not guarantee a future invitation.
Check our official sources. We do not submit applications, represent you before an authority, or create a professional-client relationship through use of the App.
No account or login
The App does not require registration or sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. Support will not ask you for a password or one-time code.
Your information and decisions
You are responsible for entering accurate answers and checking that your education, language tests, work experience, and other information meet official requirements. Do not misrepresent an app estimate as a government assessment. Before applying, paying fees, travelling, leaving work, or making other significant decisions, verify requirements through official sources and obtain qualified advice as needed.
Availability and updates
Rules, draw thresholds, and program availability can change. We aim to keep information useful but cannot promise that every summary is current or that the service is uninterrupted. Past draws do not predict future results. We may correct errors, maintain the service, or change features. Material changes affecting the service will be communicated where required.
Responsible use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service security, impersonate another person, use the service for fraud, or infringe another person's rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect security. Such restrictions do not remove your applicable privacy rights.
Advertising and external services
An advertisement or external link is not our endorsement of a provider, professional, or product. External services have their own terms. Do not share sensitive immigration documents with an advertiser without checking the recipient and purpose.
Payments, if offered
If paid features or subscriptions are offered, prices and conditions must be disclosed before purchase. Store-managed purchases and refunds follow applicable store rules and consumer law. Uninstalling the App does not necessarily cancel a subscription; manage it through the store where it was purchased. This website itself does not take payments.
Content ownership
Respect the rights of the owners of app code, branding, and content. Government materials remain subject to their own licences and terms. These terms do not claim ownership of government information or your personal information.
Limits and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, suitability for a particular immigration outcome, or success. We are not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on estimates or third-party information where the law permits that limitation.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights, or excuses obligations imposed by applicable law. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted.
